Aryabhata was a Indian great austronomer.
He was born on B.476 at Kerala.
his inventions:
- Aryabhata gave the value pi as 3.1416.
- He was the first to deduce that the earth is round and it rotates on its own axis creating day and nights.
- He also declared that moon is dark and shines only because of sunlight.
- He belived that the earth is centre of the universe.
- Aryabhata devised a method to express numbers like 100,000,000 in words.
- He actually found solution to the intermediate equation like ax-by=c.
